When my daughter turned 6 months we decided to take a trip to India. It was a 21 hour flight with one transit.

Things I carried for my daughter for the long flight journey:
- Diaper bag- I bought one that was kind of a backpack. It was really helpful for the travel as then my hands were free.
- Stroller- A light weight one with lots of storage space and that you can fold and unfold using one hand.
- Diapers- I change my baby's nappies every 3 hours, so for a 21 hour flight I needed 7 diapers. I took few extras and in total took 11 diapers in the diaper bag.
- Wipes - 1 bag of wipes.
- Diaper disposable bags- I got mine from amazon. Carried 11 bags in the diaper bag and rest of the box went with the Checkin luggage.
- Playtex Drop In Bottles - This made my life easy as I didn't had to wash the bottle or carry multiple bottles. I just used to change the nipple and use a new liner everytime. The cap of the bottle I used to wash with hot water or just cold water.

- Playtex Bottle liners

- Playtax bottle nipples - I took around 5 extra nipples.
- Ziplock bags - I took 2 bags labelled New and Used for storing sterilised nipples and used ones respectively.
- Pacifier
- Medicines - I mainly took Infant tylenol, Hylands Baby teething tablets and Diaper Rash Cream (Destine is my all time favourite)
- Blankets- I took 2. One I used to cover the baby bassinet, so my baby sleep is not disturbed by light.
- Baby hats/caps -2
- Change of Cloth-2 pair of change of clothes for the baby. Also, remember to keep one for yourself in case of major spit up.
- A water flask - was helpful at the time of transit, I was able to fill and store hot/warm water from the airplane for wait on the ground.
- Baby bottle- This I mainly used to mix cold and hot water for preparing formula milk.
- Toys- teething toys and rattles.
